Marc Austin
Marc is a former international triathlete who has won medals on the European, World, and Commonwealth stages. He currently serves as the National Junior Triathlon Coach, working with triathletes aspiring to compete in future Commonwealth and Olympic Games. Marc brings a wealth of knowledge in endurance sports, with 20 years of experience in the field.
Jamie Crowe
Jamie progressed from doing well in 5k races to taking part in 30k races in Scotland's tough mountains. Winning six National Senior titles in road, track, and cross-country events, Jamie proved to be a skilled elite runner. With over two decades of competitive running practice, Jamie trained with top athletes and now helps other runners reach their goals.
Thomas Walton
Tom is a highly regarded strength and conditioning coach at the Scottish Institute of Sport, known for his expertise in working with numerous athletes from different sports. His personalized strength plans have played a pivotal role in guiding athletes to Olympic success. Passionate about his work, Tom ensures that his training programs are specifically designed to enhance your performance while accommodating your other commitments. When he's not at the gym, Tom enjoys challenging himself by weightlifting, rock climbing, or practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His unwavering commitment to precision is evident in everything he does.
Fergus Roberts
Ferg has expansive experience in a range of endurance disciplines most notably Triathlon, cycling and running of which he has been involved in since childhood. Competing at the highest level in Triathlon where he has represented his country as a professional. He is still trying to compete at a high level in alternate endurance events alongside working full time which enables him to understand the difficulties of balancing life commitments and sporting goals which is reciprocated in his coaching.
